Jerry Clebanoff

President
Jerry Clebanoff is a resident of Oak Park since 1979. Jerry holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a Senior Partner of West Oak Capital, LLC in Westlake Village. Previous professional positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of City National Bank, and Senior Vice President of U.S. Trust Company, N.A. He has managed investment portfolios for institutional clients including foundations, endowments, retirement plans and high net worth individuals throughout his career. Jerry has served as an adjunct assistant professor of business at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, and has taught several courses in business and finance. His two children graduated Oak Park schools. His daughter Jennifer is a physician having graduated from Boston University Medical School. His son Marc graduated USC film school and is active in the motion picture business as a producer and director.

Barbara Schwartz

Vice President
Resident of Oak Park since 2004. Two children attended Oak Park schools. Former OPHS Site Council member, Executive Board member for six years at MCMS, member of district’s Curriculum Council, member of Citizen’s Oversight Committee for school bond measures. Chaired multiple funding measures for Oak Park School District. Former Emmy-winning television producer and America’s Cup media and PR director for Team Dennis Conner. Jay Kapitz

Treasurer
Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Jay moved to Oak Park in 2001 for the high quality schools, great hiking, and open space. Jay is a CPA and a retired Ventura County healthcare executive / business owner. Jay was an elected member of Oak Park Municipal Council and chaired two successful funding measures for the Oak Park School District. Jay has worked for over 2 decades on Ventura County's SOAR Initiatives - Save Open Space & Agricultural Resources. Jay has been married for 41 years to Linda. Their daughter Sarah and son AJ attended Oak Park Schools.

Aprylle Beck

Secretary
Aprylle Beck is an Oak Park resident since 2017. She honed her management skills in a wide range of positions from her work in healthcare as a regional operations director/client service manager, to her work as a restaurant general manager, to now as an entrepreneur. Currently Aprylle is the office manager for her family’s hardwood flooring business. Aprylle is an avid baker and is the owner/operator of her own custom cake business. Aprylle was raised in Ventura and has strong ties to the county. She has been happily married to Eugene since 2013 and they have 3 children, Charlotte who attends Brookside Elementary, a daughter Rye who is 4 and son Hudson who is 1.

Ragini Aggarwal

Trustee
Ragini Aggarwal has been an Oak Park resident since 2003. She has worked in the Information Technology industry, in fields as diverse as computer science education to graphic design. Ragini currently works as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at Oak Park Unified School District. Additionally, she has been happily married for over 25 years to Naresh and has two adult children, Dhruv and Shruti, who both attended Oak Park schools.

Alon Glickstein

Trustee
Alon Glickstein is an Oak Park resident since 2003. He is the President of Stealth Aerospace. Stealth Aerospace is an Aircraft and Aerospace parts distributor. He has been working in the aerospace industry for 30 years. Alon is also a council member on the Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) and a Private Pilot.

Jen Kujak

Trustee
Dr. Kujak joined the Community Foundation for Oak Park to become more actively involved in the Oak Park community. She and her husband chose Oak Park to raise their two children because of the fantastic school district and small community feel. Jen Kujak has been a diagnostic radiologist in the area since 2009

Trustees act as voting members of the Board with full authority and responsibility to develop policies, procedures and regulations for the operation of the Foundation, and to monitor the Foundation’s financial health, programs and overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Attend quarterly Board meetings and special meetings, as scheduled;
  • Develop, modify, and approve the policies under which the Foundation and its committees operate;
  • Periodically review compliance by the Foundation and trustees with its policies and procedures and any applicable laws and regulations;
  • Actively participate in strategic planning to set Foundation objectives;
  • Participate in periodic processes to evaluate the Foundation’s performance in achieving its mission and objectives;
  • Authorize new Activity Committees by approving their bylaws, approve modifications to bylaws for existing Committees, and dissolve Committees that fail to function;
  • Serve as a resource and liaison of the Foundation for one or more Activity Committees, including attending Activity Committee meetings as necessary;
  • Serve on ad-hoc and other committees of the Foundation as requested by the President or Board of Trustees;
  • Review grant requests and vote on grant approvals;
  • Represent the Foundation at public meetings, community gatherings, issue-specific meetings, or other events as requested by the President or Board of Trustees;
  • Provide oversight of fiscal activity of the Foundation and its committees, including review of expenditures, the spending policy, and the investment policy;
  • Appoint new trustees;
  • Annually elect the executive officers of the Foundation from among members of the Board of Trustees;
